With a 20-year background in classical ballet, Natalia has always been very aware of the anatomy and alignment of the body. From a young age, she has been exposed to the synergy of breath and movement and the significant role it plays in our day to day lives. Six years ago, after spending time at New York City’s Joffrey Ballet School, she was introduced to yoga. She has since been practicing ashtanga-vinyasa consistently and graduated last year from Jonny Kest’s LifePower Teacher Training. She is certified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, as well as other variations of Yoga. The discipline and creativity that ballet has given her have had a major impact on her yoga practice. She continues to practice both forms of art and enjoys teaching and sharing the experience with others. Her goal is to motivate others to find health and happiness through breath and body movement and through the expression of the art of yoga!
