Liliana began practicing Yoga after a long career of teaching Ballet. She describes yoga as life changing. Her goal as an instructor is to transmit the real meaning of yoga (the mind, body and soul connection) to her students. Through teaching, Liliana has found that she learns as much from her students, as they do from her. Her classes are full of energy and self-awareness. Her favorite style of yoga is Vinyasa because it energizes the body and incorporates breath-work, bringing joy to the spirit.
